Our focus is on the total patient. Our goal is to bring
relief and hope for recovery
from these complex disorders through appropriate diagnosis,
treatment and education.
Because our patients have unique and challenging disorders,
a committed and cohesive support staff has been assembled.
Our patient care coordinators deal with many of the scheduling and
logistical problems common to vertigo patients.
The front office staff strives to see that calls and
appointments are handled with efficiency and convenience. Our billing department is
knowledgeable and helpful with matters of insurance, particularly with the intricacies of
managed care.
A specially trained R.N. directs the clinical staff and
carries out certain professional activities. Highly trained medical assistants assist with
many of the procedures.
Finally, our clinic has the support of highly qualified,
certified audiologists who perform all levels of diagnostic testing of both hearing and
vestibular function. They provide hearing aid fitting and tinnitus retraining at the
leading edge of technology.
The PORTLAND OTOLOGIC CLINIC can provide expertise and support for
many that had given up hope.
