The PORTLAND OTOLOGIC CLINIC is located in the three-story "Providence Medical Building" on the NW corner of NE 47th Ave and NE Glisan Street, across the street from the Emergency Room at Providence Portland Medical Center.
From I-5 northbound or south-bound, take the I-84 interchange east (Exit 301) toward The Dalles and exit at 58thAve (Exit 3). Turn right on Glisan and proceed west to 47th Ave.
From I-205 northbound or south-bound take I-84 westbound (Exit 21/Portland) and get off at 43rd Ave (Exit 2). Turn right on Halsey and right again on 47th Ave. Head south toward Glisan.
From I-84 entering Portland from the east, get off at 43rd Ave (Exit 2). Turn right on Halsey and right again on 47th Ave. Head south toward Glisan.
Our office hours are from 9 to 5 Monday thru Friday.
